2009 EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE (EICS) INFORMATIONAL MEETING
When: Thursday, October 30, 2008

If you want to increase your customer base, increase your profits and raise your employee morale, attend the

2009 Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) informational meeting

What is EICS? - The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado designed the Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) program to recognize companies who provide excellent customer service and to help businesses improve their customer service practices. It is a process, based on Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria, for analyzing your service, improving it, and integrating a philosophy of continuous improvement. Applicants are honored each year in September.

Why apply for EICS? - Statistics show it costs more to get a new customer than to keep one you already have. Learn how you can provide the kind of customer service that meets the highest of standards. EICS Evaluators and Leaders will present an overview of the EICS program, plus, previous EICS applicants and recipients will be there to answer your questions.
