THE TAO OF EVEREST What does climbing the world’s highest mountain have to do with inspiration and leadership? Find out as Ian Woodall, a British mountaineer, shares his remarkable story of how he faced a true life and death situation. We don’t usually think of making these types of monumental decisions in our daily lives. However, creating ways for people to make something extraordinary happen can make the difference between the life and death of your company. Using humor and passion, Ian will describe the journey between the triumph and tragedy of his many ascents to the summit of Mount Everest. He’ll give us some perspective on the leadership skills required to navigate life’s challenges.
